I have downloaded the game today, but the game is only in japanese (I thought it would be english).

So I asked google for an english patch, but no results, and I'm hoping, there would be a english patch to download on japanese sites (which I can't decipher) :D

There isn't one, and more than likely there will never be one.It is a mistake to expect h-games to be translated to english...99% of them are not translated and will stay that way. If you really want to play this game in english, i would suggest using a text hook that captures the in-game dialogs, like AGTH or ITH, and then use a japanese translating tool like ATLAS....either that, or learn japanese.
