I've been looking for Lost Universe DVD Dual Audio of a4e encodes but i cant find it anywhere...so plz help if possible.

Seems impossible - COR is usually considered superior and has replaced the a4e version on all sharing sites. Since they also don't have any XDCC bots or distro the files in any other way, there seems to be no way to get them.
