All release threads must adhere to the Forum Rules and Guidelines.

Required Elements:

1. Thread Title

-Appropriate Prefix: (e.g., [Translations])
-Translation Type: Specify if it is MTL, Edited MTL, or Manual Translation.
-Language: The language of the translation.
-Developer, Publisher, or Circle (not required if included in Thread Body).
-Game Title: Translation or the Romaji (Latin-alphabet transliteration).
-The DLSite code, VNDB ID, Nepchan ID, or equivalent (not required if included in Thread Body, or not available).

2. Thread Body (First Post)

-Original Title: (Not required if identical to the "Game Title" above).
-Studio & Groups: The developer, publisher, and/or circle responsible for the game (not required if included in Thread Title).
-A Relevant Link: Include a link to the official store page, the VNDB entry, the developer, the publisher, or the circle (only one link is required and only if one is actually available).
-The DLSite code, VNDB ID, Nepchan ID, or equivalent (not required if included in Thread Title, Relevant Link, or not available).
-Thread Cover Picture: The main box art, key visual, or a custom cover specific to the translated game.
-Screenshots: Multiple images of the game, such as CGs, or gameplay screenshots (ideally, but not required showing the translation in action).
-Description: Some information about the game (e.g., story, or a simple content description).
-Translator/Credits: The name or nickname of the individual, or team who created the patch/translation (unless they want to be anonymous, or cannot be traced).
-The Translation: A patch version of the translation directly attached to the post (if it can fit the attachment limit), or an externally hosted pre-patched game version if a patch would be difficult to make/apply.
-Changes Beyond Translation: Clearly state if any not translation related content from the original game is changed or missing.
-Target Game Version: The game version, or versions, the translation can be applied to, or if applicable what version the pre-patched game is based on.
-Installation Instructions: Clear directions on how to apply the patch, or if applicable how to run the pre-patched game.

3. Tags

-Translation Type.
-Language.
-Translator (unless they want to be anonymous, or cannot be traced).

Optional (But Recommended) Elements:

1. Thread Body

-Pre-Patched Game or Easy-Install Mod: A version of the game that is already patched or modified for simpler installation.
-Extras: Save files, walkthroughs, or other additional content.
-Release Information: The original game's release date.
-Genre & Length: The game's category and estimated playtime.
-Censorship Status: Whether or not the game is censored.
-Version & Changelog: A detailed list of changes for the current or previous game or patch versions.
-Translator's Notes: Any additional context, such as translation methods, known issues, or special acknowledgments.
-Patch Version: The current version number of the translation.
