i dont usually engage with itchio otome, since most of them are not even otome lol, but sweetest valentine is pretty good with a very interesting plottwist! and its completely free too!

Or MC who has default face like the usual Japanese otoge?

The Halloween, Christmas, and Valentine Otome games have an mc with a face.
The creator Honey Bunny has a bunch of games where the mc has a face.
Apart from them, Sigh of the Abyss, Love Spell, Under Maintenance, Dark Nights, Cinderella Phenomenon, The Pretender's Guild, Nusantara, Hummingbird's Crown, Re: Alistair ++, A 2~a duet, and The Blind Griffin all have an mc with a face.
