Questions About AmiAmi

Recently, I've been browsing through AmiAmi and I've just found out that some products have a "Remarks" section that says "For Sale In Japan Only" while others do not. I am just a bit confused if they shipped products only inside Japan if it has that remarks in it or they still ship it outside japan.

I feel like this a stupid question (it probably is a stupid question) but I just want to hear the answer of someone who is more experienced with these kind of things since I am extremely new to it.

Could just be seller preference - easier to ship locally.
