Step 1: Download MaiDumpTool (Chinese or English, doesn't matter) and install via VitaShell
Step 2: Extract game, patch, and DLC and place in ux0:/mai
Step 3: Open MaiDumpTool and select "Install game from folder"
Step 4: If the game patch and DLC is in the same folder, select "Install patch from folder" then "Install DLC from folder"
Step 5: Once the game patch and DLC is installed, select "Switch game loading" and select the fifth option.
Step 6: Enjoy
