PS3 games on PC

Playing PS vita games is impossible for now, but what about playing ps3 games on PC? Is that actually possible?

playing ps3 games on pc is even now impossible.I did see some one try before but only result i saw was an awful screen tear(even with powerful graphic card)

You can play ps2 games on pc.There are so many ps2 games(more than 1000) which you can play using emulator.With proper settings,you can play most of the ps2 games in hd version(graphic card might be necessary)
