Problems on the computer screen

I'm using the laptop, my work a lot but my computer has a problem, the computer screen a lot of paint to stick it to affect a lot of work, although I have very carefully wipe the supply not all are
please help me, thank you!

Use Alcohol in cleaning the Screen, use a soft cloth.

I did as you guide it for good results, although still not completely clean I'll do it again.
Alcohol is not known but may affect my screen

Samsung proposes you use 'nothing but pure water' and a soft cloth.
