Particle and Conjugation's

It's me again. We should just start a new sub-board titled help Jeffrey with his Japanese Studies.

Anyway, I've been studying Tim's Japanese Grammar guide and the one thing that's causing me grief is wondering if I'm pronouncing the conjugation's and particles correctly. Does any one know of a website with sound files that I can listen to in order to double check my pronunciations.
