This may not be an Otome game unfortunately... since you will be playing a male character, but I love the illustrator, so I'd love to play it anyway! Thank you for putting out the request. :) The official site says 'Horror Suspense Adventure Game'...

White Heaven isn't an otome game.....it's kind of like Umineko in that it's horror/suspense leaning towards galge-esque moe but NOT an actual galge itself. For what it's worth, it has one heroine-like character, and the story is pretty fixed.

And if you have an iphone/iPad, they sell English versions for like 10 dollars.
