i am new here whats up with some users having icons under their avatar, staff, member ,admin
and how come i don't have a thanks button ?
levels nice how to get exp points .

Guessing cuz the forum is designed so that members of these groups get special icons. I like em =D. And you have a thanks button though you cannot see it because users cannot thank themselves xP.

Some users belong to special groups that has staff badges, it is mandatory for all staff to carry their badge(s) at all time.

Member also have a special badge if they have more than 30 posts and be registered over 14 days.

You cannot thank your own thread or posts but the other shall see the Thanks button under your post.

You can get level by joining spam game, posting, or participate in our contests.

Basically you can earn your levels by posting. :)

Just go to the Spam Section and spam the like there's not gonna be tomorrow, and I'll assure you that you'll get points in no time.
Hell! you'll might even get the Overdrive achievement.
