New to VNR (Visual Novel Reader) 「Need Help」

Just as the title says I'm new to visual novel readers and I needed help on installing it since the game I found is a visual novel reader and uses TVP Kirikiri 2 core scripting. I've got the Visual novel reader installed on my computer and it works correctly the only problem is the TVP Kirikiri 2 core scripting. When I launch the program I get a blue screen with a bunch of errors (I will make a follow up post with the exact wording of the error code)

I found out that I need to install all these MUI/Change locale and also do something with code page conversion tables (which I cannot find on windows 7).

If anyone can help me with links or answers I'd be very grateful!
