and i got Visual Studio 2015 and Visual C ++ installed. no clue why it dint run.

I got the same error as Hanyuu, just thing is that i don't have the 2015, i have the 2017 one and when i try to install the 2015 one it says i already have another version installed.
Edit: I unistalled every c++ pack then installed them all again but starting by the 2015, this way i succeeded in installing it but still got the same error when i tried to play.
