Extract "File Copy" for auto patch, if extract fails or already exist, manually copy files/folders from "Setup" folder and paste it to "Immoral Ward" directory.

Check the Immoral Ward directory if there is "data" folder inside "data" folder, move files from 2nd to 1st (main) data folder if so

try Region and Language in Control Panel under "Format" tab, change it to Japanese ^_^

As Galdzneth mentioned, going into your Regional setting and changing the "format" tab (date and time format, etc) to Japanese should fix this. I had the same issue, as well as not being able to use the filecopy programs until I changed this. Now everything works perfect :)
