Thanks for re-uploading this but I am having some issues. I downloaded the entire thing from Bigfile but I get an error when extracting it ("CRC failed"). It is definitely not a software issue. I thought it might have been an issue with part 4 since the error only pops up towards the end of the extraction process. So I tried downloading part 4 from Datafile. Still the same issue. I could try downloading everything again from a different host but I suspect something is wrong with the files themselves.. specifically the archive within (maybe it did not get zipped up properly).
