Need help playing this VN on my Win8.1 x64!

I have two VN installed on my Windows 8.1 x64:
  1. Hana to Otome ni Shukufuku wo Royal Bouquet
  2. Mahou Shoujo no Taisetsu na Koto,
but to no avail. Everytime i open the *.exe, it's only appeared for a split second before disappeared again. Funny enough, when i trying to play it on Windows 8.1 x86, it works! I already update each VN to it's latest version yet still not working. For anyone who have same problem or know the solution, can you share with me. I'll really appreciate it.

Note: If it any help, these two VN use the same kind of installer.
