Need help on running this game

I've recently downloaded and installed this game, [Ark Shell] Maebari Teikoku no Gyakushuu, but have problems running it. Everytime i try to start the game, i get this notification



Which then i searched further, it seems that it is required to register at a site to run the game



I would like to know, does anybody know if there is any way to run the game without registering? Or is there anybody with a serial key or alternate solution to run the game?

Any and all help will be appreciated.
