Question My thread somehow was removed for no reason

I posted a new thread a while ago under Otomo Games to share a switch game. After I posted it, it appeared in the NORMAL THREADS section with under approval sign. But now my thread totally disappeared. I assume it was deleted by the moderator but somehow I didn't receive any messages. Any explanations would be helpful.

The title was something like Dormitory Love|Aru Kanrinin no Koi|アル管理人の恋 [JP][EN][NSZ].
