Answered My mailbox is being spammed, how do i disable this ?

my e-mailbox is being spammed with letters saying i have been answered on some thread ect... how do i disable this ?

If you're subscribed to that particular thread, simply unsubscribe from it, or change it to where you're notified only by control panel.

Change that. Then check your subscriptions at:

Email are only sent once, if you decided that you are no longer want to follow a thread, do not touch it, it will not send another email until you read it again.

Optionally, you can do as what coro said and disable the subscription.
