In a special collaboration with "Run for Money," hunters are released into the classroom to challenge three teams: the "Tokyo University Team" led by former QuizKnock member Ko-chan and former Akashi City Mayor Izumi, the "Top University Comedian Team" led by Keio University graduate Fukawa Ryo, Kansai University graduate Fukuda Maki, and Waseda University graduate Hanako Okabe, and the "Top University Women's Team" led by Aoyama Gakuin University graduate Okada Sayaka and Sophia University graduate Morisako Ei. This competition aims to determine the strongest honor student team. Ukisho Hikaru, who was humorously dubbed "Mrs. Auntie" in a previous appearance, returns to clear his name, amidst a comical confrontation with Mrs. Auntie students Igari Soya, Murashige Anna, and Yasuko. The show features challenging segments such as solving advanced kanji test questions, a new "Fight Survival" one-on-one knowledge battle, and the thrill of Ukisho, Hanako Okabe, and Ko-chan facing off against Run for Money Hunters. Additionally, the class is left in shock by the effects of cooling a watermelon with dry ice and erupts in laughter when Shima Taisei from the singing aunt department appears during the kanji test.
