"Moe/OtakuTargeted" Radio Channels in Japan?

After reading Shinozaki-san Ki o Ota Shika ni! Manga's chapter 5, I got curious into whether there are actually moe-like or seiyuu hosted radio channels in Japan-

So are there any? (when I say radio channel, I mean on the radio itself not online broadcast).

Lol, I only listen to radio when im in a vehicle, plus where I live this sort of stuff is abnormal to such a level that there is no community for it at all.
so its a no for me ^^.

I get the feeling there has been a misinterpretation. I am looking for a JAPAN-ONLY Radio channel that focuses on anime/otaku related stuff and the like. Not channels available outside Japan. If you were thinking about outside Japan, then I can understand the comment that "there is no community for it at all."
