Maro no Kanja wa Gatenkei 2 & 3 crash at animation

I have been able to run the Maro no Kanja wa Gatenkei 2 before, but today I checked and suddenly it crashes when I try and view any animation scenes. I downloaded Maro no Kanja wa Gatenkei 3 and saw the same problem. Does anyone know what the problem would be? The only difference from when I was able to run it and now is I used to have Windows 8.1 and now I have 10, but I don't feel like that is the problem. Thanks in advance.

I have the same problem, and i'm also on windows 10. I've seen other games also crashes when it tries to play the opening movie on windows 10...so far i have not find any solution :(
