How do I run the game? Which is exe. I clicked lcsebody and I get : NECEMEM.SNI is not found.

Try copying the contents of the torrent to a new folder. I doubt the folder name matters, but I had that issue until I just copied the files to a new folder named "HaremParty."

"☆" is not a valid windows path character, all you need remove really, sadly a lot of japanese content uses symbols like that and people aren't forward thinking enough to remove them when needed, I've had a lot of software throw fits at anime shows with weird characters.
