I am looking for a copy of Niji no Kanata ni (2008) which translated to Over the Rainbow. Produced by #define. It's a a short Doujin visual novel. An English patch was released for it a while back and it looks to be pretty good. It's about a 19 year old girl in the hospital and she's terminally ill and can't walk. She has spent most of her life in the hospital and her Doctor starts to see her as a woman. It probably has a bad ending but I'm a glutton for punishment.
