Sorry as this may be very late, and possibly no longer needed, but found this site while looking for mod tools, and thought I would put up the link for anyone who might be looking for it as well. On the right side labeled Yuusha Stand-alone Client is a link to the software. At least I should say that I believe it is the software you were looking for as I have not yet tried it.

On a side note/question if anyone is still round on this thread, and sorry if this part is not in the right spot, but does anyone happen to know of any site/etc where there is a tutorial or guide that still works for adding items to list. As the tutorial/guide sites I could find are sadly long dead

Yeah that would be awesome, but given the age of the game, and that most the sites are gone they are probably gone as well. Though will keep searching, and trying to figure it out. Hopefully I will be able to find them, as I could probably figure it all out myself, but my ability to write a guide, and it make sense.. well that might be a bit harder to do :P
