ITH Text Hook from in game Selection

I use ITH for Text hooking. But i cant grab text from Path Selection in game. Any idea's to configure ITH or other Options/tools?

did you update ith to the latest version? i was having the same problem but updating profile solved it. also use the updater v2.exe from ith site to update it
