Issue with VNR

Hey Guys

I'm using VNR for a while now, and it's working just fine.
All of the games I've played so far worked fine with VNR.

But I found a special kind of .exe that doesn't work with VNR.

Here's a pic. I don't even know what kind of program this is.


I can start it with VNR, the visual novel works fine, but the translation window doesnt even show up --> thus no translation.

Can someone tell me what kind of .exe that is?
Can I make it work with VNR?

this is probably protected by Enigma Virtual Box virtualization system.
some developer use it to protect there work like this.
