Is [TOMO GAMES] ふれあい少女 -イチカとえっちな夏休み- [RJ01255516] only buggy for me?

I've downloaded this game from various places and every time it's just weirdly buggy. For most dialogues involving the girl, her character just shrinks into oblivion so you can't see anything lol. It looks like this:

Am I the only one with this problem? I can't find anyone else mentioning this

Yeah, I can't even get that far into that game. I get a black screen with a picture of her on the bottom on launch. Oddly the demo is about 2 or 3 times larger than the downloads around and I can run it fine.

It's so weird.. There's been an update which also has this bug. And I can't find anything related to this online wtf

Ok I think I found the issue. It weirdly enough seems to be a locale issue. The Locale Emulator I've always used doesn't work on 64bit apps apparently and I just found out about the Locale Remulator: https://github.com/InWILL/Locale_Remulator

With this it worked from the small test I did
