Injuu Kangoku, Dirty Prison Ship H game help

I know I'm late to play this game, but it looks good. I cant get out of the first scene, nor saving/loading game and config. Everytime, Injuu Kangoku has stopped working pops out and it's forced to shut down. Gallery works tho and I'm on windows 8. Pls help! Thanks.
