How to work with Crack files in games?

can someone help me with this, how exactly am i supposed to use the cracks?
these are the file, you can see the path as well below every image

should i first run "INSTALL.EXE" then copy "imouto.exe" from "crack" folder and paste it into "Files" folder while deleting the "imouto.exe" inside "Files" folder? and then run "imouto.exe"?

or

should i first copy "imouto.exe" from "crack" folder and paste it into "Files" folder while deleting the "imouto.exe" inside "Files" folder and then run "INSTALL.EXE"? and then run "imouto.exe"?

what should i do with "_imouto.exe" in crack folder?!
