How to Input Animate Points?

Recently got a animate club card and registered. Now, what button and where do I click on the site for redeeming point code on a receipt?

FYI point inquiry in the Club-Animate shows your points one day late.

If your card has registered correctly, login can be done in the following way.
1) Because there is a blank written "ログイン" and "メールアドレス" on the right side of the page top, enter the mail address that you registered.
2) In the blank that says "パスワード", enter the password that you have registered.
3) Click the part that says "ログイン".
