How can i fix this I need help

First, try Local Emulator

If that doesn't work, set your Windows system locale to Japanese.

Once you get Locale Emulator (xupefei), then you should be able to run the .exe file.

You can also restart your PC and change system locale to files native language.

Use the Japanese version of the operating system.
Emulators won't 100% save you from making mistakes.
