How fast does Getchu deliver physical games in Japan?

I'm thinking of ordering a visual novel (physical cd ver) from Getchu next time I go to Japan, but how fast can it deliver after I order? Also, Does Getchu accept paypal or VISA?

Hi, the game won't launch due to an error. I even changed the name encoding to japanese when extracting the game and used locale emulator, but the error is still there.
