How do I get the Majikoi A games to work?

I've installed both games so far, but all that happens is a window comes up in Japanese with a "yes" or "no" option. Selecting yes takes me to a Japanese page of some sort and no results in nothing happening. What do I need to do to get these games to work?

Okay, figured out what was wrong, I needed a crack for both games, but now I've run into another problem. The crack I downloadedfor A-1 (mka-1.exe) doesn't work. The window appears for a second and then disappears. Can anyone provide me with a crack fo A-1 that works?

Did you use Japanese regional and locale setting? The crack did work correctly as it doesn't show you the yes/no choice.
