It's a form of copy protection so non japanese system users can't play it. You will need to download Locale.Emulator.2.3.1.0 in order to play most of stargate3Ds games.

Once you have got locale emulator you need to use 'Run in japanese, japanese locale and you need to check the Fake Registry and Fake system UI language boxes in advanced settings. It's a bit of a hassle truth be told.

When that is done you should right click the flash file (Alice) and press Locale Emulator - Run in japanese and it should start now.

Open Ntleas - 1.Click on icon "--->" 2.Click icon"..." 3. Click on the game 4.Click on icon "<---" 5. Click save and run
