Help with launching a game

Hello I've come across a problem. I downloaded all the parts and extracted it and got the game folder with the exe. When I run it I get an error message and I can't run it. It only says Ok for me and I can't read what the message says either. I'm very new to this too so if there is a guide out there. That would be great.

Also I am sorry if this thread does not belong in this section.

Actually was able to launch the game! I changed my system's locale to Japan and the game works now.
