Help with installing/applying crack

Game Title: Aitsu ni Choukyou Sareru to Do M

Hi, I'm new to VNs and im trying to run this game. I mounted the ISO and MDS file and am currently on Japanese Locale, I try to run the DOEMU (Setup/Installation) but it prompts an ID. I went through other posts saying to copy the crack and put it into the game folder, but when I try it says DOEMU does not have enough space (nor does it try to replace the lamia04 file when I copied the game file out of the ISO file). I'm probably doing it wrong and this is probably simpler than I think but I don't know so if someone can help out thanks xd.

Hello, its been about a year and just bumping, the file worked last time but I'm wondering if you can repost the file since I deleted it after playing it through, just wanna play it through again, thanks.
