HELP with 蠱惑の刻 [TinkerBell] & 学園投肛写真～変態性癖の目覚め Ail [Team Lovelys]

I've been trying to run these two games on my PC, but I couldn't get them to run at all, I've tried everything you can imagine, changing system locale, locale emulator, Compatibility mode, AlphaROMdiE, disabling antivirus... Everything. (I use Windows 10 Pro x64, build 20H2, locale japanese)

If you play old VN's on current systems or something like that and you think can help me, I would really appreciate it, whoever wants to test or try to run it I will also leave the Threads with links to download the VN's
