Help getting to run R.U.R.U.R

I need help getting to run a game called R.U.R.U.R after installing the game and patching it with the no dvd patch I still cannot play the game rather than that its still asking for the disc and something that says reg.exe has stopped working pops out. I running it on Windows 7 Ultimate and even tried using compatibility with XP and Vista and even ran in as admin but I still cannot get it to work, and all of my setting are in Japanese also
