H-game problem: Installation won't start

I got a serious problem with this one.

From the now defunct website Muscadet I have Nachtmusik Zero that won't work at all.

Despite its instructions it won't install, won't work, and there are no other, better sources to replace it nor try it. I have three of them and all don't work (the latest is from biohrd which also doesn't work - installation not possible)

Can anyone help?

Alpharom don't support Windows 8 and 8.1 well.It work on Windows 7.You should try compatibility mode by set windows 7.It will work
Good Luck.

It has nothing to do with that, beside It's working fine with windows 10.

I found the solution for this problem, after wasting 2 hours of my life into it. I tested this only with the one from biohrd so here it goes: the issue that cause the game to not install/work, is because the major gamefiles data01,02 etc end with dot (.) followed by nothing else. I'm not sure how come the files inside the iso are in this state, but all you have to do is to pick all of these files which end with . and add them to a 7z archive. Last thing to do is to rename them INSIDE the archive, removing the dot (ex: data01.->data01), the reason behind renaming them inside the archive is because windows can't recognize these files correctly, thus not allowing renaming or deleting them through the common way.
