excuse me guys when i play only WILLPLUS game it comes up like this
although i have changed my region to Japan, idk what's this error and how to fix it ?!

You might want to check whether it responds differently if you change other system settings to Japanese. Some VNs (not that there are many I know of, however) not only require Japanese Unicode support but also format changes (in Windows that would be under Clock, Language and Region) or even a Japanese Windows interface.
