Favorite otome drama cd themes

I'm honestly not that picky when it comes to otome CDs, but I always find myself gravitating toward host and Japanese idol-themed ones.
The host/hime dynamic is just so good, especially when the listener slowly becomes the only person the host ends up completely obsessed with. That trope gets me every time. I also really like idol and underground idol settings. It's always fun when the CDs mention actual fan culture, like handshake or high-touch events, because it makes the whole setting feel more authentic. Plus, it makes the secret relationship angle feel even more exciting somehow.

E.g. themes like menhera, mystery, yakuza, streamer, fantasy like vampire or non-human(獣人, 人外), ex-boyfriend, slice of life and more

I love crime/investigation themes, especially when MC is a detective or officer!! I like how theres an actual storyline with action scenes and then some romance on the side. The classic example is Rouge et noir, but i also love bloody escape. I absolutely eat up the concept of MC being a detective/officer and investigating a potential criminal who is actually the LI.. omg the angst and tension is insanee

I like unhinged and bizarre plots that make my jaw drop. Im not quite sure what genre stories like this goes to, since they can fit into so many categories. But ive noticed that lately some circles have been slowly creating more stories with a summer setting mixed with a horror vibe.

I recently quite like this kinda stories because of how they just throw a plot twist in the middle/end of the track and i just like "What the heck just happened?!"

oh i like that theme too! other theme i prefer such as vampire, youkai or other non human being and co-dependency theme (the one who cant live without the mc aka listener)
