extract images from Dmm ebbook viewer ?

i finally went ahead and bought a digital hentai from DMM.co.jp. I'm wondering, does anyone know any tools to extract the images from the .dmmb file that has the manga. i want to extract the manga to upload it.

People say Viewerrip, but that doesn't always work and sometimes gives you an error over the MSVCP110.dll file. Even if you have the thing installed, it may sometimes give you an error. There fore there is no way to get around it unless someone makes a heavily modded version of DMM viewer and get rid of the DRM and allow the files to be exported.
