Mmmkay so I dunno if this game has already been mentioned before but I presume it belongs in the extreme content section which I quickly looked through and didn't see anything.
If you're sick like me then you're in for a treat with BTD :3 There are A LOT of ways to die, some more gruesome than others. Some are just pure brutal torture and others include rape so it's not for the faint of heart I guess xD I love bad endings in games though and the horror genre in general. This is easily my GOTY <3 And it's free, so check it out if you haven't already. The team that made it are also really nice and open to their fans on Tumblr etc. and they're currently working on BTD2.
