Downloaded,extracted but can't run

Can anyone help me with this problem ? I don't know what this problem is but it is like this when i try to open the game (明るく楽しい催眠学園～エロ校則をいっぱい作ったら超リア充になれた!～)

Then i think i should change the name of it ("明るく楽しい催眠学園～エロ校則をいっぱい作ったら超リア充になれた!～" to "E-game") and it becomes like this

Hu Hu i have Just downloaded it but i can't play it

You cannot run that game without switching you system to Japanese settings. That is the standard error screens for that.

try like adameve said above, change you system location to japanese.
