Download file just contains a JPG?

Hey I just downloaded 2 games and their folders just contained a PNG. No exe. or anything. One of the jpg's was even 6.8GB. Do I do somehting wuth the PNG's? Did the file get corruped somewhere and it's useless now?
 
It looks like a fake.

Give us the link to the thread where you download it from.

I've downloaded the RJ01343313 mp3 file, however the folders are empty (the ones supposed to be with the mp3 files).
There is only files in samples folder, which have other works of the same publisher.
