Although I consider myself someone who enjoys a variety of character types, when I really think about it, I tend to prefer characters with black hair. That said, what really matters is how the character is portrayed in the story. I'm particularly drawn to characters who are deeply loyal and have a dual nature—those whose outward appearance doesn't match their inner self. Additionally, even if the plot doesn't fit the description I just gave, I'll still really enjoy a character if they're richly developed, particularly interesting, and if their inner thoughts, words, and actions convey a unique meaning.
