Based on intel that I've collected from the comments, the anime title is 30-sai no Hoken Taiiku (A Thirty-Year Old's Health and Physical Education).
Like what the topic said, do we have this anime in our collection? Most importantly is, is it uncensored?

The anime is finished till long time ^^

The anime was quite unpopular, so they might be slowpoking the release. The TV version is finished, but censored - and there's no more BD episodes out by any group.
