DMM Bookreader Technical Problem

I recently acquired DMM Bookreader and for some reason the installation was completed without problem until I opened the program and then 3 seconds later it gave me an error pop-up screen and then it closes.

Several times I scanned it for viruses and then restarted the computer for refresher many times over but the results are the same: 3 seconds before an error screen and then shutdown.

Can anyone help please?
