Not a Bug Creating Thread

Hi in creating thread in Download and Request Section the timer 3600 seconds reset every time you made post/reply on any thread.
Is this on purpose?

I have the same problem and even I lost my Uploader Status without any information.


Edit. As I can see not only me lost uploader status.
